nak 'memimpin' ni bukan senang. cakap memang murah...

Selipar, biasanya two main things orang yang dipimpin nak tau - kerja mereka secured and boss appreciates what they do - i know u r a good leader and going to be a better one, one day, Insya Allah. Be close to them and know what they want - I'm sure they will contribute 110 percent and even more.

As the saying goes, if you give a man a fish, you feed him for one day, if you teach him to fish, you feed him for life. We already have over 30 years of combined NEP and NDP, do we need any more proof that it is not working?
The government should provide qualified teachers and improve teaching facilities, but it is up to the students to take up the challenge. I went to the same high schools as many of my malay friends. They were placed on a special fast track for overseas or local universities despite having lower tests score.
A perfect grade of 4.0 and you can't get into university to study the course of your choice? This so-called meritocracy is truly more like merit-o-crazy.
I remember a few months back, our country was crying out to our overseas Malaysian doctors, scientists and other professionals to return back and serve their country.
But now, a few months later, we are turning away these top scorers from pursuing their chosen course. If these students somehow manage to go overseas to further their studies (through self-financing or private scholarship) and excel in their studies, would they respond to our country's cry for their return later? I think the answer is obvious.
Same time next year, all this is going to be repeated.
Malaysia is the only country that telling the truth will cause civil disorder. Everything that is said is either:
1. cannot be verified
2. half truth
3. lies
4. outdated
5. not allowed to be verified
6. not allowed to be legally bound
7. not allowed to be legally challenged
8. not legally binding
9. etc etc……….
Racism is always the weapon.
Umno use Chinese as enemy to unite malays, just like unite Malaysians against Singaporeans. Hopefully, the younger generation malays learn the truth and not be blind by them.
I think all BN Chinese party is shit-head who are just Umno lap dog. Wagging tail as Umno speak. Pathetic.
Government only pays to built mosque, have they ever pay a cent to built temple or church! Malaysians do have freedom of religion but to what extent? I think we all know how "true" is that.
The racism will always stay because Umno is so one sided even though they say they treat all races equal.
The politicians want the public to keep feeling a bit jealous, hatred of each others. They lied to the public in believing the need of NEP by showing biased statistic. How many others actually benefit from it?
What their leader did actually does not benefit the malay community as a whole, only the rich and connected malays.
Public listed companies must have at least 30% hold by malays. Indeed in reality the percentage is higher, but why the malay community is still lagging? Who can be part of the 30%? The rich and connected malays? Yes!
The politicians are afraid that if the public united and "forced" BN (or should we say Umno) out of political field.
Yes, any politicians that continue to play the racist card - Beware! Your days are numbered!
If anything, the malay race's main downfall is their inability to compete without crutches. Say what you will against the Chinese and the Indians, but unless the malays look upon ourselves in the mirror, we shall see who our "real" enemies are.
Best thing is Malaysia history being altered to say all hero in Malaysia are only malays. Pathetic! This will only further split all of us.
If they managed to unfortunately cause another race riot, do you think at the end of the day - life will be better for the malays? The answer is no - race riot or tension is like a civil war - it weaken the country and invite outside interference.
Malaysia to be developed status is a joke in year 2020. Developed status is not on economically but politically and socially.
Those who feel hurt and challenged should not just sit back and complain, stand up and do something about it.
We are fellow countrymen should stand up and achieve our visions together.
Badawi we all knows that you are a clueless and useless imbecile. The problem is that Badawi does not seem to realise that he is an imbecile. This is probably due to all the ball lickers polishing his knob everyday.
Malaysia as a country is finished economically because from the looks of things the Badawi imbecile will be in charge for the next coming 10 years or more. Neighboring countries like Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam is progressing culturally, economically, socially and politically while we are stuck with a stupid idiot.
Of all the brilliant and smart people in Malaysia we have to end up with Badawi. Welcome to Bolehland because even an idiot can become prime minister. Hahaha.
If you are to do a study among all Muslim countries, the level of development will be directly proportional to the level of Islamisation of the country.
Just do a study - you will know the fact. The reasons are so obvious why this is so. I do not want to elaborate here to hurt the feelings of Muslims but I mention just two:
- they sidelined the women.
- how many Muslim nations are in deep religious based wars?
- and plus many other activities against productivity.
You cannot have it both ways. Live in this world or live in the after world. There is time only for one.
This is why I see very bleak future for Malaysia the way it is heading - the day when we 'Talibanise' Malaysia.
Our constitution does not say we are a secular state. But by the same token, nowhere does it say we are an Islamic state either.
A country can be Islamic but yet remain secular in government. Turkey, Egypt and Algeria are prime examples. As long as the constitution remains the supreme law of the land, we are an Islamic country but a secular state.
All these are really non-issues as long as everybody sticks to the original game plan.
Look at it one way, it seems like they want to keep the NEP because they are taking advantage of perks and curbs, keep the Umno linked filthy rich.
First of all, the NEP has no goodwill towards the non-malays. They think that the non-malays are rich and can afford to run overseas because of the drought of local university places available?
This is another fallacy. Truth is a lot of the non-malay parents have to work their asses off, keeping a small unit family, just to use all their savings to finance education overseas because local opportunities are not forthcoming and not available.
Malaysia lose a lot of talents in such a way, especially when the NEP has indeed made certain non-malays very competitive on the global scale. For these people having been successful overseas and given a fair go at the opportunities, they will think twice to come home to adversity in Malaysia.
And that is a fact. Do you know that we lose almost 80% of our local talents to the US, UK and Australia every year! Go check the emigration records. Do you know that the Malaysian contingent is the largest oversea students in Australia, and almost 100% that succeeds takes up Australia PR and citizenship?
That is exactly the formula used by many progressive countries including the US, UK, Australia, even China.
These countries have policies that stress both the affirmative action to aid the poor and complement it with an emphasis on high standards, including robbing other countries of their human capital by enticements such as international scholarships.
So I can't understand why it is not palatable or applicable to the malays! Why lay back when you have the world as a challenge.
The failure of the various Malaysia communities to integrate is not because there is no common language, but the ill will festered by the outmoded communal politics that Umno Youth seems want to perpetuate, the NEP, and the lack of Malaysia kinship (e.g. one race want to be tuan).
It is only nature that human beings and animals learn more from failure than success. So, be prepared for a soul cleansing in the next 10-20 years in Malaysia.
Yes, the one common denominator is that they are all not Muslim countries. Even among Muslim countries, the less that Islamization is the focus of national existence, the better off the society from a social, political and economic standpoint.
That is why Turkey used to be relatively better off in various aspects compared to other Muslim countries but this has been starting to change recently.
Hate to say it but yes, obsession with Islam is anathema to progress, political stability, peace and economic well being.
We agree that it is difficult to manage a multiracial country like Malaysia with its diverse religions and races. It is also obvious from the discussion that the current political and economic model has failed us, particularly with regards to racial integration.
We are heading towards a crisis. We need to have a paradigm shift in our socio-economic model. Otherwise the omens look bad.
Now humans are humans, be it malays, Japanese or Israelis, when one is in absolute power there will be a tendency to sideline the minorities. Arrogance and abuse will crop in. There is no doubt about it.
To be developed, there should be peace, good sense of responsibilities, equality and cooperation. Of course, good leadership and governance is equally important. Every party should not to be made to feel deprived.
I still feel that mixing religion with politics is not wise - for we can see around the world almost everywhere trouble spots are based on religious differences and in countries where religion is part of politics. That is the reason why Malaysia although a Muslim country should remain secular.
Arrogant people - those who think they are more Malaysians than others.
Corrupt people - those who keep pilfering from the publics, to enrich themselves.
Hypocritical people - those who say one thing to God and one thing to the people.
Idiotic people - those who think that by waving the keris, the world will be under their feet.
Lazy people - those who wait for durian to drop.
Moronic people - those who go amok, chopping own family members.
Naive people - those who expect God to drop them food when they pray for it.
Stupid people - those who think that wearing turban will make them clever.
This is the politics of finding blame for own weakness or laziness.
What I hate most is when those racist and jealous malays see a well developed township populated and owned by Chinese, and start rambling that the Chinese grabbed the wealth from the malays.
The NEP was abused to enrich only a small portion of the malay population. Now, the pie is shrinking due to global factors and the political elite is looking for scapegoats - and guess what - the Chinese are always blamed, as if working hard and saving is sinful.
As a matter of fact just like Mahathir once stated the government has been giving a lot of opportunities to the malays. The other races prosper because they constantly grab opportunities and create markets for their businesses "without depending on any extra incentives by any governmental sector".
I think this country is wasting a lot of time and energy on this racial thing - actually is an income disparity syndrome, the have and have-nots regardless of race.
Last time all first world. If Malaysia was a body, malay was the bone. Today very sadly, malay is the sick appendix, if remove it, Malaysia will be healthier.
It is a tiring affair to talk of the problems of malays. The problems are too many.
We talk and talk and give resolutions to government to do, i.e. we talk but we are not doing anything about it and rely on others.
The typical discussion would be to say malay is weak in this and that. And the immediate inference is to have what is missing. Too often we are fixing symptoms and not problems.
We have tried and pump money into so many programs but we have yet to create the malay industrial and commercial class.
In any corporate strategy implementation, the key aspect lies in leadership and corporate culture.
For a change, I believe let us have an action oriented discussion. Maybe let us start to think and act independently. With a realistic appreciation of the parameters, only then we act more realistically and prudently.
In the end, we the common people must not be fooled by the political elite. We are risking our very life.
Islam in Malaysia is suppressing humanity, dignity and desire of a normal human being.
Islam in Malaysia is causing trouble to non-Muslim who goes about their everyday life to do what any other normal human being on earth are doing.
Islam in Malaysia does not respect traffic law when Muslim can park their car all over the road and causes inconvenience to everybody.
Islam in Malaysia does not contribute to the progress of the malay race and any other race in Malaysia.
Islam felts threaten in Malaysia, when nobody actually gives a damn about them.
Today my son asked me an embarrassing question: Dad, what is a bumi?
I was embarrassed and told him: A bumi is someone who is always right. He was puzzled and asked me candidly: But if he says that 2 + 2 = 6, he should be wrong, shouldn't he?
I told him from my working experience in Malaysia, my son when you are non-malay and Malaysian, you will have to agree for that and even worst and smile. If you dare to argue you will be gently destroyed and degraded in your human dignity.
Whatever is your social position, situation or grade, any bumi even from the remotest kampung, even a mentally disabled bumi will always be right.
And when I grow up what will happen? If you work in public service, you will work for them and see them being promoted and driving huge cars. If you work in private sector, you will have to let them warm their chairs and see them living in peace. As a senior staff, you will have to treat and applause complete arrogant idiots enjoying their mediocrity.
Then he asked, is there many bumi in the world? I told him that in South Africa 30 years ago and in Germany on the late 1930s there were some sorts of them. The last bumi are here.
I told him, do not worry son, you will not have to go through 2 + 2 = 6 always right losers, you will be Australian.
Gile ah komen2 kat sini!
The only method BN can stay in power is to keep the nation stupid, uninformed and struggling to put food on their tables.
If the nation is stupid, then they will ask less questions. Unable to think logically and systematically, everything that the BN force feed to the nation will just be taken at face value. BN says that malays should be given more help.
If the nation is uninformed, then BN will have less to worry about stealing their money and telling a totally different story of how they are helping them get better. Take a million, donate a thousand.
If nation is struggling to put food on the table, the less time they have to care about the decapitated political condition in the country. So BN can just continue to marginalize every single person who is not a malay.
So why talk about them not reaching their promised goal of being first world when it is not their goal since day one. Everyone here knows what their goal is. We know that their promises are as empty as their heads.
What they want is to get as much money as possible and stash them in some other country because sooner or later, the ringgit will be worthless. Maybe cheaper than rupiah.
We will have to see if that really happens after the next election.
Yes, a lot of non-malays in Malaysia are leaving this country. But what the hell, they (babiputras) don't care. They are happy that we leave.
I do agree with you of those you mentioned, our country is stepping backward, we are loosing in all aspects and yet overdue and retard ministers are still available on shelf. The ministers think that they are the only ones capable and qualified to be there and not replaceable, otherwise the country could collapse.
Looking at Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq likes looking at this country's future. The well-connected babiputras are getting richer. This government is spoon feeding the babiputras at this nation expense. I am sick of this country too.
My advise is let them rot in their own stew.
The Barisan government has achieved 0% in reversing the trend of racism.
While South Africa has disbanded racism through the government's initiative after the global news onslaught, our Malaysia government leaders are propagating RACISM and FACISM in every way.
In term of racism, we are the most uncivilised country in the world. Look into our neighbouring countries of Asia, they are advancing economically on a straight forward objectives, for their citizens.
Whereas we are moving in deviationist path, widely off the international economic theory, for the sole objective of propelling the well being of a supreme race.
Mahathir era is over, here we have Badawi. Is he changing the trend? Not a single sign of it.
How about the future under Nazib? Sad, sad. They have more camouflage in readiness.
Hey, you pathetic babiputras and all the malay pig who have the same feeling/thinking like them. You babiputras don't feel shame being spoon feed by government using the taxpayers money?
Hoy, I think you babiputras should try some pig meat once a while to make you more intelligent a bit. Look at around the world region, anti-pork meat countries are mostly rippled with starving and war or worst, non-stop crying for government policy protection.
Fact is fact when you babiputras are stupid is always stupid - although it can be help by consistent protection and nourishment policy but the end result will not go far because the quality of gene is there.
WTF???
WTF??? =>salah ni.
Sepatutnya ucapkan ASTAGHFIRULLAHALAZEMMM...
